About “The Lovedays”
“We are an acoustic duo who wound our way to Millersburg, Ohio by way of Louisville, Kentucky and Knoxville, Tennessee. We have been married and making music together for 32 years and have played for churches, weddings, private parties, and community events in the Holmes County area for the past 17 years. We describe our sound as Americana and we cover a blend of contemporary folk, bluegrass, country, and gospel. Scott has played guitar for nearly 40 years and has picked up the mandolin and banjo along the way. Amy provides lead vocals and our seamless blend of tight harmonies are evidence of our many years of singing together.” Visit our facebook page.

A Special “Thank You” to Janis H.G. for Posting This Review on The Woodward FaceBook Page:
It was an evening of entertainment at its best that brought tears, chills and so many wonderful memories of years past. British singing sensation Toni Morrell and her husband-musical director, Knox County native David Dial, lit up the Woodward Opera House Saturday evening, June 15, with their dazzling and colorful “Tribute to the Legendary Ladies of Hollywood.”
Morrell, whose stage credits range from Las Vegas to New York City, mesmerized the capacity audience with a stunning vocal range that replicated the greatest musical hits of Judy Garland, Debbie Reynolds, Cher and a host of others.
Photos of the stars were displayed on a huge screen as Morrell sang. Laughter rocked the house during her comedic tribute to Elvis and Lucille Ball.
Dial, recognized nationally as an accomplished vocalist and master musician, accompanied his wife on the keyboard and earned an enthusiastic audience response when he sang. Dial’s talents have taken him to stages throughout America, Canada, Australia, Europe and Asia.
Throughout the show thunderous applause echoed through the historic theater – several times during standing ovations — and spilled onto the streets below in downtown Mount Vernon.
When actress Shirley Jones of “The Partridge Family” fame, saw the Morrell-Dial production of “Legendary Ladies” at The Colony Theatre in Burbank, Calif., she said afterward, “Tonight has been one of the greatest nights of theater I have ever seen.”
The hundreds who packed the Woodward would agree.
